Lacy's Legacy Fund

Lacy Brinton was a community pharmacist who was involved in a fatal car accident that left so many heartbroken. Lacy had a passion for life and health care that could be seen in the lives of the patients she served. She was a 2011 pharmacy school graduate and a Brother of Phi Delta Chi Professional Pharmacy Fraternity. She spent many, many hours working diligently to contribute to charitable causes like St. Jude Children's Hospital. Lacy never met a stranger! She made it a point to learn as much as she could about everyone she met. It is with great pride that the RxRescue, Inc. executive board of directors announce the creation of Lacy's Legacy Fund, an endowed fund in Lacy's memory that will provide assistance to patients, in community pharmacies, who demonstrate a financial need in paying for their prescription medications. Applicants from community pharmacies may use the general application for assistance to apply for assistance from this fund. The endowment amount required to sustain this fund is twenty-five thousand dollars. Thank you for your donation and commitment to preserving Lacy's memory. Lacy used the following quote to describe herself:

"I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in

being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe

that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles." — Audrey Hepburn
